Theodora “Doretta” Mistras is the Chief Financial Officer of Viatris. Leveraging her deep healthcare industry knowledge and experience, Doretta serves as the company’s strategic financial leader. Doretta is an accomplished financial healthcare executive who became CFO of Viatris in March 2024 with nearly two decades of leadership, advisory and capital markets experience helping guide corporate boards and executive teams on corporate strategy, business development, financial planning, corporate finance and investor relations. Prior to joining Viatris, she most recently served as Managing Director, Healthcare Investment Banking, at Citigroup Global Markets and previously was Managing Director, Healthcare Investment Banking, at Goldman Sachs. Doretta has advised leading healthcare corporations on a multitude of important financial and strategic decisions, including M&A, joint ventures and capital market transactions totaling over $240 billion in aggregate value. Doretta earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School. She is a member of the Leadership 100 board of trustees and the National Hellenic Society board of directors.
